RESPONSIBILITIES •Support Dev Team and Project Team in leading large-scale projects or programs of work •Lead a group of .Net to deliver a complex project in agile process. •Communicate with team to do tech feasibility and tech design document •Coordinate with other software professionals and developers •Accurate project estimates and realistic timeline creation •Work with team to prepare functional requirements, tech design and test plans •Resource management including Manage & develop a group of tech people and Improve overall team technical capability EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS •Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent work experience •Good English ability on reading/writing/speaking/listening •8 years+ experiences on web development •Strong experience on ASP.NET MVC and understanding of OOP concepts •Experience implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests •Familiar with various design and architectural patterns •Familiar with Restful, Web Service and Front-end related development technology •Familiar with one or more databases (SQL Server is required), including SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and views etc. •Sitecore CMS experience is a plus •Familiar with Scrum development environment, has rich agile experience and keep optimizing team agile practices •Familiar with DevOps is a plus •Familiar with AWS/Azure is a plus
